Are out-of-stock items restocked?

If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website. 

Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

Yes, except in the case of products that are hand crafted in which there may be slight differences in the final product. Also, the lightning effect and fit on model sometimes affect the perception of a garment.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

centralmarket.tv only sells items in new and good condition but in the rare event that you receive a defective item, please contact our Customer Service.

Can I save my items and buy later?

Yes, absolutely! We have a Wishlist and you can save your items there.

Yes, as long as it is in perfect condition and has all its labels on it. Keep this following in mind:
• If the size or product you would like to exchange is unavailable you will be given a store credit to purchase a new item of the same amount. We do not give refunds.
